Tony Ingram's Identity
How long have you worked at Scantek?
Over 7 years now in total.
What is your job title, and what does your job entail?
My job title is the National Sales Manager, and my job is to drive business development, identify new markets and secure new customers within those markets.
What do you like most about your job?
The flexibility. I have a great work-life balance which I’m thankful for.
I’m also lucky to have continual growth in the business; every day is exciting.
What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
You have two ears and one mouth – Listen to people, don’t sell to people.
What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?
Mmmh, I’d try my hand at Real-Estate. Or I’d give flipping houses a go. I reckon I’d be good at both!
What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
Fishing and hanging with my wife and daughters. When I blend the two, that’s when I’m at my happiest.

Three words to best describe you
Honest, funny and easy-going.

What TV show/movie are you ashamed to admit you, love?
Titanic. I wish I could say it was because there was nothing else on TV but I’ve watched several times and now I find myself whistling the theme song.
If you could have any superpower what would it be?
See the future
What is one food that you cannot resist?
A burger! Particular the works burger, OR the burger with “the lot”. It’s my go-to meal when in doubt.
