Office Manager

About The Role

As Senior BDM, this is a rewarding and challenging opportunity to join a fast-moving business in an exciting growth phase to help develop strong, long term sustainable business and market leadership.  You will directly report to the Founders whilst actively collaborating with our sales team.  

This role involves initiating conversations and effectively gaining business partners across Australia for our Industry leading SaaS product. The role would see you targeting organisations with 150+ employees and $50 million of revenue across several different verticals (e.g. gaming, banking and financial, retail, supermarkets, universities, telecommunications, recruitment, lending and leasing).


      • The primary function of this role is to generate new revenue streams. This is to be achieved through prospecting, qualification and managing the end to end sales process
      • The role will focus on actively engaging with and nurturing opportunities with medium to large organisations within Australia
      • You will be required to lead Senior & C-level external and internal engagement and stakeholder management, taking ownership of complex negotiations within sales cycles
        • Provide detailed reporting and customer analysis to the Founders
        • Provide strategic and tactical data into the medium to long term business planning processes

About You:

      • Understanding of the end to end sales cycle management from prospecting to closing
      • Ability to call within all levels of an organisation, identify decision-makers, and build long-term customer relationships by establishing trust and credibility
      • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
      • An experienced leader well versed in mentorship, coaching and performance
      • Passionate about Agile and building high performing teams with a continuous improvement mindset
      • Great communicator with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at various levels
      • Developed understanding of the SDLC, web technologies, full-stack development and complex systems
      • Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automation, capacity planning
      • Experience in managing lead generation and sales processes within a CRM

Essential Skills Required:

      • Proven track record of 5+ years of successful experience in a client-facing business development role
      • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, such as; business, marketing, sales or relevant field
      • Extremely motivated with excellent communication skills, confidence and highly goal-oriented
